  • How do I get support/ make changes to my site?

    Want to promote a seasonal service, add photos of a new completed project or change your text content? Support and changes are just an email away! Upon signing up with LCWD, you will have access to our support ticketing system which you can submit any updates to directly. Depending on the nature of the request, changes are visible on your site within 2-3 business days. 

  • What is the process of getting my new website online?

    • Carefully review and complete online terms of service and submit initial month’s payment
    • Our team will begin designing your new site.
    • Initial design is usually ready for your review within 5-7 weeks.
    • Final site review and approval. 
    • Your website is live and visible, usually within 5-8 weeks from start to finish.
    • You are able to submit text content, photo & promo changes/ updates as needed, even after your new website has been launched.
  • How long will it take to have my website online?

    We strive to get your site up within 6-8 weeks of your initial signup. This may fluctuate depending on a few things:

    • We do not receive requested material in a timely manner. 
    • Our team has a challenge communicating with your team.
    • Late or missed payments.

    Our goal is to get your site online as quickly as possible so we’re able to begin marketing your company and showcasing your beautiful new, modern website.

  • Can you guarantee my site will rank on the first page of local searches?

    While we could never promise specific rankings, we can let you know that we are constantly staying up to date with current guidelines and practices that search engines look at when determining ranking. We integrate SEO tools throughout your website from the design to the customer experience with the intent to help boost your site’s visibility online. 


    While some marketing companies over promise, they tend to underdeliver and can even implement potentially harmful practices. We will NEVER use what Google refers to as “Black Hat” techniques. Some companies not only use these, but they mislead their customers into thinking that this can help with their ranking. Using these techniques might show a spike in traffic or even ranking temporarily, but could overtime cause your site to quickly drop or even become flagged by search engines as “malicious.”


    We ONLY use search engine approved techniques. Our goal is to keep you as a customer and to do that, we realize that proven results are necessary. Here are some things to keep in mind when it comes to SEO ranking:

    • Saturation of providers online in your service area (Are there a lot of local competitors?)
    • Is your business brand new or already established to some degree online? (How long has your domain/company been online?) 

    These are all things our team will take into consideration and as we develop and maintain your site, we will see how we can start to climb the ranks to get your site in front of the right customers!

  • How much does it cost?

    $499/ month; this will be auto billed each month on the same day of your initial signup.


    You will still be responsible for owning and maintaining your own domain through your domain provider (i.e. GoDaddy, etc) For example BobSmithLawnCare.com is your company’s domain.


    There are no initial set up costs or fees other than the monthly subscription costs.


  • Can I use my existing domain?

    Yes! We will provide hosting and connect it to your domain. In the event you cancel your subscription, we will disconnect our hosting from your domain and you will maintain ownership of your domain.

  • Do you manage my company’s Google My Business Account, Facebook or other Social Media accounts?

    No, our subscription does not include social media management. We do at times provide resources to help you better manage your accounts. 

  • What happens to my website if I decide to cancel my subscription?

    We are very transparent and don’t want any of our customers to feel trapped with a service they are not happy with. Per the terms of your month to month subscription, you will just need to give us a 30 day notice. Your auto payments will stop and we will disconnect our hosting from your domain. Your company will need to have a new site created and attached to your domain. 


    The website we design and build, any custom code and markups remain property of LCWD.


    Because this is a month to month subscription, we discourage potential customers who aren’t considering services for more than a few months as it takes time for us to build and begin marketing your site. If the subscription is cancelled too quickly, neither of those will be accomplished. We realize this type of service is not ideal for all businesses, so if you are on the fence about this service, hang back and try other options to see if they are a better fit for your organization.
